Introducing the BHS Stage 1 and 2 Supercharger conversion kit.
This kit comes with the following:  
 
3.2 liter 9.5:1 low compression (93 octane or higher):
- Forged 9.5:1 CP pistons with ceramic-coated crown and friction coated skirts
- Arrow light weight H-forged connecting rods
- Light weight wrist pins
- Flash set piston rings
- BHS high-pressure intake plenum
- Greddy blow-off valve by
- Engine management software
- RC high flow fuel injectors
- BHS ported throttle bodies
- Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
- Aeromotive high capacity fuel pump
- BHS friction coated main and connecting rod bearings
- Vortec (T-trim) Race 16 psi compressor
- BHS high flow front mount intercooler
- BHS custom fuel delivery system (AN-8) 
- BHS silicone hoses and stainless steel piping
- BHS lightweight flywheel and clutch kit
- BHS ceramic-coated headers and straight pipe exhaust system
- Weld in rear sub frame reinforcement kit
- Up-graded primary oil pump
- Up-graded ignition coils
- Up-graded spark plugs     

The Stage 2 contains all of the above but includes the following:
 
- BHS high-pressure intake plenum with internal dual pass/ dual core heat exchanger
- BHS cooling medium reservoir, front mount medium cooler and an 8 gallon per minute coolant pump.
- Vortec (T-trim) Race 22 psi compressor

 
 
 
 
These 9.5:1 compression ratio CR forged piston set with ceramic crowns and friction coated skirts were built specifically for our kits.
 
 
We use the Arrow H-forged connecting rods and friction coated main and connecting rod bearings.

BHS 8 groove pulley system designed to handle the power that the Vortec head unit demands to make the power and drive the compressor to 60,000 rpm.
 
 
 
BHS aluminum stage 2 air/water intercooler. This is a dual core / dual pass system that flows 8 gallons per minute of medium through the system.
 
 
 
BHS fuel high flow fuel rail with AN-8 fittings and stainless steel fuel lines attached. This is fitted atop the RC high flow fuel injectors.

 
 
Part of the fueling system we designed to meet the fueling needs of the motor. This is a dual pump parallel fuel system. We are using a pressurized reticulating fuel system delivering a total of 625 liter per hour. You can also see the in-line fuel filter and fuel pressure regulator. The fuel pump is a rising rate type regulator. We use all Aeromotive top shelf components.

 
 
Some of the fuel lines being attached to the OEM fuel tank. We use two .5 inch feed lines with a single .5 inch return line to the tank using AN-8 fittings, steel braided and hard line.

Full Stage 2 kit installed and ready for testing. Notice that there is not much visually to tell the difference between the two kits except for the cooling medium reservoir tank located at the back left of the engine compartment.
 
 
 
This is a side view of the Stage 2 kit in final production form. You can see the differences in the intake BOV location because of the cooling medium end tanks are located at the ends of the intake.

Stage 1 kit in final production condition. As you can see it is a very clean install and fits in the engine bay very nicely. The BHS air box with BOV will clear the OEM strut tower bar. Once installed with the hood closed the only sign of the kit is the HUGE front mount air/air intercooler.

 
 
 
Only thing to tell you that something is different about this car is the gauge package looking in the cabin. These are Autometer Carbon gauges with a custom fabric covered A-pillar mount. Shown are the boost/vacuum and AFR. These gauges or others can be mounted according to the customer preferences.
